Amid continuously tightening global environmental regulations, rapidly growing demand for sustainable food packaging, and an increasingly complex international trade environment, Far East Group continues to strengthen it’s global manufacturing and supply chain capabilities through forward-looking strategy and strong execution.
With Xiamen, China as its core hub for R&D, manufacturing, and process innovation, the company integrates pulp molding equipment development, advanced production technology, large-scale manufacturing, and quality management. On this foundation, Far East strategically expands mature production capacity overseas, forming a dual-base manufacturing model that combines China-based R&D and manufacturing with overseas capacity collaboration, significantly enhancing responsiveness to global markets.
Currently, the Xiamen manufacturing base operates with a daily production capacity exceeding 150 metric tons of molded pulp tableware, with products exported to more than 80 countries and regions worldwide. The company’s self-developed pulp molding equipment is certified by UL (United States) and CE (European Union), and both equipment and products are widely supplied to markets across North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, serving as a solid technical and manufacturing foundation for Far East & GeoTegrity ’s global operations.
To further align production with raw material resources and key markets, the company invested RMB 500 million through a joint venture to establish a molded pulp food packaging manufacturing base in Hainan, China, which officially commenced operations in 2023, enhancing the stability and flexibility of its domestic capacity layout.

In response to evolving international market conditions, Far East invested in the construction of a 20,000-metric-ton-per-year molded pulp food packaging manufacturing facility in Thailand in 2024. From groundbreaking on July 28, 2024, to equipment installation, commissioning, and official production on May 28, 2025, the entire project—from infrastructure development to full operation—was completed in just 10 months. This achievement highlights the company’s mature technology platform, experienced management team, and highly efficient project execution—often referred to internally as “Far East Speed.”

This strategic overseas capacity deployment not only effectively addresses changes in the global trade environment, but also strengthens supply stability, delivery reliability, and supply chain security for global customers. Through its dual-base manufacturing system, Far East continues to deliver reliable, scalable, and sustainable molded pulp packaging solutions to the global market.
